高职院校学生顶岗实习探究

摘要

Post practice is an important part of higher vocational education, which realizes the integration of"teach-study-do". It means a lot to develop high skilled and professional talents. Analyses were done in view of the problems of the post practice of the current higher vocational colleges, which put forward some countermeasures to improve the quality of post practice, in order to achieve the teaching goals of higher vocational education,and embody the characteristics of vocational education.%顶岗实习是高等职业教育中的重要组成部分，是实现教学做一体化的实践环节，对于高技能、高职业素养人才的培养具有重要的意义。针对目前高职院校顶岗实习存在的问题进行了分析，提出了提高学生顶岗实习质量的对策，从而可以达到高等职业教育的教学目标，体现职业教育的特色。
