系统论视域中的大学生就业系统构建

摘要

本文对大学生就业从系统论角度进行思考，提出了大学生就业系统的概念。大学生就业制度是一个开放的系统，主要由政府、市场、高校以及学生四个元素组成，阐述了建设原则和运行机制等问题。%This paper ponders university students' employment from the perspective of system theory, and proposes the concept of university students' employment system, which is an open sys-tem consisting of four elements including government, market, u-niversity and student. It also elaborates the construction princi-ples and working mechanisms.
