高等职业教育校企合作的现状、问题及对策研究

摘要

College-enterprise cooperation is an important style for higher vocational colleges to pursue the development of social adaptability. We should refer to the successful experience of Eu-ropean countries and America in higher vocational college-en-terprise cooperation, continuously improve the vitality of higher vocational education, and enhance higher vocational students' a-bility of serving social and economic development. This paper systematically specifies the major models of college-enterprise cooperation currently in China's higher vocational education, such as order-mode training, vocational education group, col-lege-enterprise cooperative construction of secondary colleges, and college-enterprise cooperative construction of bases. Mean-while, this paper points out the existing problems from such di-mensions as cooperation consciousness, higher vocational col-leges and enterprises, and proposes some strategies including the construction of college-enterprise coordinated management insti-tutions and the exploration of pluralistic cooperation models.%校企合作是高等职业学校谋求社会适应性发展的重要方式，我们要借鉴欧美国家高职校企合作的成功经验，不断提高高等职业教育活力，强化高职学生服务社会经济发展的能力。本文系统地详述目前中国高职教育校企合作的主要模式，分别是订单式培养、职业教育集团、校企共建二级学院以及校企共建基地等，同时文章从合作意识、高职学校和企业等维度指出目前我国高职校企合作所存在的问题，并提出建立校企合作的协调管理机构和探索多元化的合作模式等对策及建议。
