转型期高职学生的职业道德教育的培养主要是面向建设、服务、生产以及管理,有着非常强烈的职业特点。高职生的职业教育应该以职业道德的教育为主要的突破口。目前,高职生的职业道德总体来讲比较良好,但是依然存在一部分学生对于职业道德的相关认识还是非常模糊。本文分析了转型期高职生职业道德教育的现状以及存在的一些问题,并提出了一些相应的对策。%The vocational morality education and training of high-er vocational students in the transitional period is of strong voca-tional characteristics, mainly for construction, service, production and management. The main breakthrough point of the vocational education of higher vocational students should be vocational morality education. Currently, the vocational morality of higher vocational students is generally favorable, but there are still some students whose understanding of vocational morality is still ob-scure. This paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the vocational morality education for higher voca-tional students in the transitional period, and proposed some coping countermeasures.
