基于多主体的化工专业创新创业人才培养满意度研究

         

摘要

As we know, China's higher education has entered the popular stage. Chemical engineering of many colleges in the province is also expanding the scale of teaching. According to the characteristics of higher education service products, chemical personnel training should meet the needs of students firstly. How-ever, employer and social satisfaction can not be ignored. So, this paper will study the satisfaction of"chemical engineering gradu-ates to the college" and "employers to the graduates" from the perspective of multi-agent.%随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段,省内众多高校的化工专业也在不断扩大教学规模。虽然根据高等教育服务产品的特征,化工专业人才的培养首先要满足化工专业受教育者(学生)的教育消费需求,但不能仅仅局限于受教育者个人,而应该将化工行业用人单位和社会等主体纳入化工专业人才培养的满意目标。本文从化工专业人才培养的多主体范畴,将对“化工专业毕业生对高校的满意度”以及“化工行业用人单位对毕业生的满意度”等角度进行多主体的满意度研究。
