多学科交叉背景下研究生创业团队组织形式构建的研究与探讨

摘要

As an elite level of China's human resources, gradu-ates' entrepreneurial performance has a positive impact on the de-velopment of social science and technology, economy and culture. To actively guide graduates to make full use of the existing re-sources of colleges and universities, particularly in the back-ground that colleges and universities are in continuous innovation and interdisciplinary integration rises, this paper, with the re-search on the organization form construction for graduates' en-trepreneurship team as the objective, analyzed the unique char-acteristics of the current graduates' entrepreneurship teams, and combined with the actual research result, preliminarily construct-ed an organization form for graduates' entrepreneurship team, and pertinently put forward the effective measures available for uni-versity functional departments to impel the construction of gradu-ates' entrepreneurship team.%研究生群体作为我国人力资源精英层，其创业成效积极影响着社会科技、经济、文化的发展。为积极引导研究生充分利用现有高校资源，尤其是在高校不断变革创新、学科交叉兴起的大背景下，本文以研究生创业团队组织形式构建研究为目标，分析了当前研究生创业群体的特有气质，结合实际课题研究成果初步构建了研究生创业团队组织形式，并针对性地提出了高校职能部门在推进研究生创业团队构建过程中可采取的有效措施。
