体育与人文两者之间有着不可割裂的联系。但是由于长期以来，我国高校体育教学受体质论、技能论等教学观念的影响，一直忽略了体育教学中的人文教育问题，使得人文教育成为了高校体育教学薄弱环节。因此，本文就针对如何在高校体育教学中渗透人文教育的问题进行了研究，并具体分析了提高任课教师的人文素养、开设高校体育文化选修课以及对课堂教学进行合理的把握三种在高校体育教学中渗透人文教育的有效途径。%Theres is an inseparable relationship between sports and humanity. But due to the influence of teaching ideas such as physique theory and skill theory on China's university sports teaching for a long time, humanistic education is always neglected in sports teaching, making humanistic education a weak link in university sports teaching. Therefore, this paper studied how to infiltrate humanistic education into university sports teaching, and specified three effective ways, including the improvement of teachers' humanistic quality, the opening of sports cultural elec-tives, and the rational grasp of classroom teaching.
