基于透明的价值理念浅议透明政府的建立

摘要

With the establishment of central leading group for re-form, the prelude of China's overall reform opened again. Among the numerous reforms, political reform is an important part, therefore, the paper is based on the value concept of transparen-cy, and discusses the establishment of transparent government by the principle of transparent power distribution and unobstructed power operation, and then, it will sketch out a blueprint for Chi-na's political reform.%随着中央全面深化改革领导小组的成立，中国全面改革的序幕再次拉开。在众多改革中，政治体制改革是重要的一环，对此，本文主要基于透明的价值理念，通过权力配置透明与权力运行通畅的原则来探讨透明政府的建立，从而勾画出中国政治体制改革的蓝图。
