电工仪表与测量属于发电厂机电设备安装与运行专业的一门专业课程，该门课程操作性质相对较强，这对于技工学校的大部分学生来讲，由于基础知识和学生的学业素质均有不同，故在学习程度上相对困难较大，那么作为任课教师，必须要采用一些创新灵活的方式来带领学生学习。鉴于此门课程的安全性，任课教师应采取多种教学方式来保证课堂教学结构，以及学生学习过程中的安全性。%"Electrical Instrument and Measurement Course",a foundation course for the major of power plant electrical equip-ment installation and operation, needs more operations, making its learning more difficult for most technician school students whose basic knowledge and academic accomplishment are un-even, while as a teacher for the course, one should guide stu-dents' learning with some innovative and flexible styles. In con-sideration of the safety of this course, the teacher should take various teaching methods to ensure classroom teaching structures and students' safety in the learning process.
