浅析校园文化氛围对学生素质的培育作用

The environmental impact on people is self-evident. Campus culture of junior high school is of more important signifi-cance to the shaping of students' personality and morals. Campus culture includes not only the improvement of external environ-ment, but also the establishment of internal culture, while internal culture contains ideology and morality, personal quality and so-cial practice, which belongs to the cultivation of students' com-prehensive quality.%环境对人的影响是不言而喻的。初中校园文化对学生人格、道德等方面的塑造具有更加重要的意义。校园文化不仅包括外在环境的改善，还包括内在文化的构建。而内在文化又涵盖了思想道德、个人素质、社会实践等方面，是对学生综合素质的培育。
