做好新时期医院女工工作的几点思考

摘要

Hospitals are female staff concentrated places where they take a relatively high proportion, so they hold up half the sky in hospital construction and development, as well as public med-ical and health service. In the new situation, hospital female staff are faced with multiple pressure from both their career and fami-lies. Therefore, it is a new topic for us to consider how to effec-tively implement hospital female staff work, improve their quali-ties and motivate their working enthusiasm and creativity, in or-der to help them deal with various pressure with a positive atti-tude. Some views and ideas on the effective implementation of hospital female staff work were discussed from several aspects in this paper.%医院是一个女职工相对集中的地方，女职工所占比例较重，一直以来，在医院的建设发展以及公共医疗卫生服务中起着“半边天”的重要作用。新形势下，医院的广大女职工面临着事业和家庭的多重压力。因此，如何做好医院女职工工作，帮助她们提升自身素质，以积极的态度应对各种压力，调动她们的工作积极性和创造力是我们面临的新课题。所以，切实做好医院女工工作，是构建和谐医院的另一重要举措。本文从以下几个方面谈谈做好医院女工工作的粗浅认识与思路。
