中等职业学校顶岗实习管理模式的探究

摘要

顶岗实习作为中等职业学校进行有效教学的一个重要部分，它能够有效推进学生的专业知识与实践相结合，是进行人才培养的重要模式。中等职业教育实行“2+1”的人才培养模式以来，各地、各校、各专业对顶岗实习的管理呈现出各具特色且行之有效的方法，但同时也暴露出不少存在的问题。本文就中等职业学校顶岗实习的意义所在、存在问题及对策展开研究分析。%As an important part of implementing effective teach-ing in secondary vocational schools, on-post practice can effec-tively impel the combination of students'professional knowledge and practice, so it is an important model of talent training. Since the implementation of the 2+1 talent training model, all regions, schools and majors have taken distinctive and effective methods in the management of on-post practice, but there are also many problems. This paper analyzed the significance, ex-isting problems and countermeasures of on-post practice in secondary vocational schools.
