学生社团对大学生成长的影响

摘要

当前大学校园中，作为大学校园的重要组成部分，大学生社团对学生的行为能够产生一定的规范作用，引导学生的成长与发展，能够增强社团中学生成员之间的感情，在行为以及心理上对学生产生积极的引导作用，本文主要就学生社团与成员之间的关系入手分析大学生社团对学生的成长与发展产生的影响，继而就如何提升大学生社团对学生产生的作用提出相应的对策。%On the current university campus, university associa-tions, as an important part of campus culture, play a certain regu-lating role in students' behavior, as they can guide students' growth and development, enhance association members' rela-tions, and positively guide students in behavior and psychology. Starting from the relationship between student associations and members, this paper analyzes the influence of university student associations on students' growth and development, and then pro-poses corresponding countermeasures on how to enhance the function of university associations to students.
