The 21st century is a period when mobile applications are developing rapidly, and the mode and functions of the reader service of libraries with Wechat public accounts as the carriers will also be perfect in the period. Through literature collection and online searching, this paper collected the Wechat public ac-counts of some colleges, analyzed their webpage design and re-lated contents, as well as the existing problems, and then pro-posed corresponding solutions.
