On-post practice is an inevitable link of the practice teaching system for higher vocational colleges, as it can improve higher vocational students' employment and accelerate their indi-vidual development. Changchun Vocational Institute of Technol-ogy has established an in-post practice management system, ac-tively explored the reform of the teaching organization and imple-mentation for in-post practice, innovated the methods of in-post practice management, strictly controlled the process of in-post practice, and insisted on college-enterprise cooperation, in order to improve the teaching quality based on the efficient operation of the in-post practice in the whole college.
