论专利实施转化的影响因素及其对策

摘要

With the economic globalization, the patent implemen-tation is becoming a powerful tool for the country to maintain its competitiveness and a powerful support for the rapid development of economy and the construction of innovative country. Compared with the developed countries, the level of patent implementation is still low, and there is a big waste of scientific and technological resources. The current situation and influence factors of patent implementation are analyzed in this paper, and the countermea-sures of patent implementation are put forward.%在经济全球化背景下，专利实施转化是国家保持竞争力的有力工具，是促进经济快速发展和建设创新型国家的强力支撑。我国专利实施转化水平与发达国家相比有较大差距，存在较大的科技资源浪费。本文分析了我国专利实施现状以及专利实施影响因素，并对促进专利实施提出了建议。
