上海市民办高校教师队伍呈现出结构不合理、实践素质不高、工作压力大、培训和实践机会欠缺和重教学轻科研等特点。提高民办高校教师素质,特别是实践素质,已刻不容缓。本文对产学研合作机制下上海市民办高校青年教师培养模式界定,并试图界定产学研合作机制下上海市民办高校教师培养模式中三方角色和职责。%The structure of teacher team in private colleges of Shanghai is irrational. These teachers' practical quality is not high, and meanwhile, their work pressure is heavy, and they lack opportunities of training and practice, making them focus on teaching instead of scientific research. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the quality, especially practical quality, of teachers in private colleges. This paper defines the training mode of young teachers of private colleges in Shanghai by the produc-tion-study-research combination, and attempts to define the tri-partite roles and responsibilities in the training mode.
