高职院校创业文化教育研究初探

摘要

Since the employment situation is worsening and school education deviates from market demand, mass en-trepreneurship and public innovation becomes the new engine for expanding employment and accelerating social and economic progress. It is very urgent for staffs in higher vocational colleges to break through the realm of traditional education, carry out inno-vative education, cultivate innovative spirit and bring innovation and entrepreneurship education into practice. As an inseparable part of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial culture edu-cation provides effective solutions to problems in current en-trepreneurship education and efficient ways to facilitate en-trepreneurship education.%在就业形势严峻、教育与劳动市场需求脱节并存的现实情况下，“大众创业”、“万众创新”成为了我国扩大就业、推动经济社会发展的“新引擎”。从高职院校教育工作的层面而言，如何突破传统教育范式的苑囿，贯彻创业教育、培养创业精神、推动创业创新实践，是高职院校教育工作者亟须解决的问题。创业文化教育作为创业教育的有机组成，为解决现阶段创业教育存在的问题、促进创业教育的发展提供了有效的途径。
