The problems in university students' utilization of im-age resources in the network environment mainly include how they choose among the great amount of image resources, how they distinguish between good and bad image resources, how they uti-lize the excessively loaded cognition in image resources. The fac-tors affecting university students' utilization of image resources in the network environment include university students themselves from micro-level, image resources system from meso-level, and pluralistic environment from macro-level.
