青岛地区在校研究生职业生涯规划调研报告

摘要

The characteristics of self-awareness, career planning and employment intentionality were analyzed based on surveying the status of Qingdao graduate career planning by questionnaire. And then career counseling strategies suitable for graduates in Qingdao were proposed.%本文采用问卷调查法了解青岛地区研究生职业生涯规划现状，在此基础上分析研究生在自我认知、职业生涯规划和就业意向等方面的特点，进而提出适合青岛地区研究生职业生涯辅导的策略。
