图书馆文化管理理念内涵及其发展趋势探析

随着社会的不断进步与发展，高校图书馆的建设也是日新月异，做好图书馆的管理工作显得尤为重要，在文化管理理念的指引下能够更好地改进图书馆的管理工作，为大学生的学习与生活提供一个良好的学习平台，提升其知识水平。本文在分析图书馆文化管理理念内涵的基础之上，重点分析了图书馆管理理念的发展趋势，为今后图书馆的改进提供有效的借鉴。%With continuous social progress and development, col-lege library construction is also changing with each passing day, so it is important to well implement library management. The guidance of cultural management concepts can better improve li-brary management, provide a good learning platform for college students' learning and life, and improve their levels of knowledge.
