数字学习及其标准化浅析

     

摘要

E-learning needs various digital media and network to act as the tools of learners and teachers, in order to effectively promote teachers' knowledge spread and learners' knowledge ab-sorption, and create an unlimited and ubiquitous environment for education, learning and training. To share and exchange re-sources, thereby eliminating the dilemmas in the development of e-learning industry, an e-learning standard and regulation is promoted internationally. There are still some problems in Chi-na's e-learning, such as lack of strategic planning and a standing institute with both actual affairs and powers, disharmony among different units, lack of systematic e-learning effect evaluation, and weak overall supporting measures. To solve the above prob-lems, the writer proposes some measures, including continuously encouraging the application and innovation of e-learning tech-nology, encouraging the research of relevant education conditions, encouraging the integration of a long-term system into education sports, and encouraging international cooperative research.%数字学习是利用各种数字媒介与网络等信息科技,来担任学习者和教学者的媒合工具,以有效促进教学者的知识传播与学习者的知识吸收,达成无时差、无所不在的教育学习或训练环境。为解决资源不能共享、互通性不强这些数字学习产业发展上的困扰,国际上在共同推进数字学习标准与规范。我国数字学习上存在缺乏策略性规划、欠缺事权统一的专责常设机构、各单位的协调与联系仍待加强、缺乏系统性的数字学习推展成效评鉴、整体配套措施亟待加强等问题,为此要采取奖励数字学习技术应用与创新、鼓励有关教育现场条件的研究、鼓励长期性的系统融入教育现场的研究、鼓励国际型的合作研究方案等措施。
