对工学结合模式下高职学生职业素养培养途径的思考

摘要

本文通过对职业素养的内涵和培养意义、工学结合人才培养模式的内涵和具体模式进行阐述，提出了工学结合模式下高职学生职业素养培养的若干途径。%Based on the elaboration of the meaning and signifi-cance of training occupational accomplishment, and the meaning and specific patterns of the mode of combining learning with working, several ways of training higher vocational college stu-dents' occupational accomplishment were proposed.
