近年来，民办高校快速发展，已经成为社会主义高等教育事业的重要组成部分。但是在民办高校快速发展的过程中，党建工作也存在着一些亟待解决的现实问题，如对党委会定位不够清楚、存在“家族式党委”、基层组织建设不规范、党建工作制度不健全、缺乏长远规划等等。因此，深入研究民办高校党建工作的现状与对策，对加强学校思想政治工作，引导和监督学校遵守法律法规，支持学校改革发展，全面加强党组织自身建设，做好党员的教育管理工作，充分发挥党组织凝聚人心、服务师生、推动发展、促进和谐的作用，促进民办高等教育事业的健康发展具有重大的现实指导意义。%With the rapid development of private colleges in re-cent years, they have become an important part of the socialist cause of higher education. But in the rapid development of pri-vate colleges, there are some practical problems to be solved in the Party building work, such as obscure orientation of the Party committee, "family-like Party committee", nonstandard con-struction of grassroots organizations, imperfect systems of Party building, lack of long-term planning and so on. Therefore, to deeply study the current situation and countermeasures of Party construction in private colleges is of great practical significance to enhance college ideological and political work, guide and super-vise colleges' observance of laws and regulations, support college reform and development, comprehensively strengthen the self-construction of Party organizations, well implement the edu-cation and management of Party members, give full play to the role of Party organizations in linking people, serving teachers and students, impelling development and promoting harmony, as well as promote the healthy development of private college education.
