校地合作创新机制研究

摘要

校地合作可以实现校地双赢的局面。为了更好地实施校地合作，学校要更新观念，成立专门对外合作机构；与地方政府及其部门签订合作协议，保证校地合作的顺利进行；有针对性地制定校地合作下的人才培养方案；建立一支服务校地合作的高水平师资队伍；发挥校地合作中地方政府的服务与监督职能。主要从以上几个方面完善校地合作创新机制。%The cooperation between universities and local gov-ernments can make the win-win situation come true. In order to implement the cooperation better, universities should renew the concept and set up cooperative institution, then sign agreements with local governments and their institutions to make the cooper-ation proceed favoringly. What's more, the scheme of developing quality person should be drawn up pointedly, high-quality teachers team that can serve the cooperation should be set up. At the same time, the functions of service and supervision that be-long to the government in the cooperation should be brought into play. The new mechanism of the cooperation can be improved mainly by the several aspects above.
