To explore the distribution of psychological problems consulted and analyze the characteristics of psychological con-sultation in independent colleges, this study analyzed 294 cases of psychological consultation from January 2014 to December 2014 in an independent college, and the result shows that the main problems consulted on a rise among independent college students are interpersonal relationship (19.0%), emotional prob-lems (13.6%), freshmen's adaptation (9.2%), individual perfection (7.1%), and academic career (5.4%). The types of psychological problems in independent colleges possess their own characteris-tics, indicating that we should pertinently strengthen the psycho-logical health education of college students in independent col-leges and improve the level of their psychological health.%为了探讨独立学院心理咨询问题分布情况，分析独立学院心理咨询特点，本研究对某独立学院2014年1月至2014年12月294例次心理咨询案例进行分析，结果显示独立学院大学生主要的发展性咨询问题为人际关系（19.0%）、情绪问题（13.6%）、新生适应（9.2%）、个性完善（7.1%）、学业问题（5.4%）。独立学院心理问题类型有其自身特点，提示我们需要针对性加强独立学院大学生心理健康教育，提高学生心理健康水平。
