This paper focuses on the following aspects: the uni-versity campus culture construction under the concept of realizing"My Dream" guided by "China Dream" is an important mission endowed by the times;the university campus culture construction guided by "China Dream" must take students as the main part;how to construct the recognition mechanism of the concept of pursuing personal dreams guided by"China Dream";how to play the four roles of the concept of pursuing my dream guided by"China Dream" in campus culture construction; campus culture construction and its results under careful considerations.
