The university is the cradle for talent training, and counselors play a vital role in the training of high-quality talents. Today, "post-90s" have become the protagonist of universities and the workplace. The role definition of"post-90s" counselors will directly affect the implementation of student work, but they have both advantages and shortcomings at work.
