顶岗实习中大学生思想政治教育模式研究

摘要

On-post practice is an important link in university practice teaching, and on-post practice management is an impor-tant content of university students' ideological and political edu-cation, as well as a difficult point of ideological and political edu-cation. Exemplified by the on-post practice of scenic spot devel-opment and management major of Shijiazhuang University, this paper analyzes students' psychological and behavioral character-istics during their on-post practice, and proposes the"four-in-one" ideological and political education mode during the on-post practice, which needs the close cooperation of enter-prises, professional tutors, counselors and students, and gives full play to students' subjective role. Significant result has been achieved, and a significant impetus has been given to the suc-cessful completion of students' practice tasks.%顶岗实习是大学实践教学的重要环节，顶岗实习管理是大学生思想政治教育的重要内容，也是思想政治教育的难点。本文以石家庄学院景区开发与管理专业顶岗实习为例，分析了顶岗实习期间学生心理和行为特征，提出了企业、专业指导老师、辅导员和学生四者密切配合，充分发挥学生主体地位的“四位一体”顶岗实习大学生思想政治教育模式，取得了显著效果，对顺利完成实习任务起到了明显的促进作用。
