基于创新型人才培养的高校教学管理研究--以北京第二外国语学院为例

本文探讨我校教学管理中存在的问题，强调教学管理工作的重要性，提出加强和改善高校教学管理的对策，希望对推进我校教学管理的改革实践有所帮助。%This paper explores the problems existing in the teach-ing administration in BISU and emphasizes the importance of teaching administration-related activities.
