With economic globalization in recent years, informa-tion-based education has been attached to much importance by a growing number of countries and regions. Meanwhile, university teachers' professional development has encountered its bottle-neck in China. Many domestic and foreign scholars are consider-ing how to promote teachers' professional development under in-formation conditions. Through the research result, this paper summarizes the factors restricting the current university teachers' professional development and proposes the solutions to the fac-tors.%随着经济全球化发展,教育信息化近年来在越来越多的国家和地区受到重视,同时我国高校的教师专业发展也遇到了瓶颈期。许多国内外的学者都在考虑如何利用信息化条件来促进教师专业的发展。本文通过调研结果归纳总结目前我国高校教师专业发展的制约因素,并且提出如何在信息化背景下解决制约因素的对策。
