"Finite element method of elastic mechanics and structure"is an important method of numerical simulation in civil engineering design and construction. As the course is theoreti-cally based on matrix algebra and elastic mechanics, it is highly practical, so how to efficiently carry out the teaching has become a difficult problem. To make students rapidly and effectively grasp the basic principles and methods of finite element method and enable them to apply it to practical projects, this paper ex-plores the teaching methods and contents of finite element method. Combined with the practical case of a slope engineering, this paper proposes a practical teaching method of finite element method, having provided a beneficial exploration for the teaching research and practice of the course.%“弹性力学及结构有限单元法”是土木工程设计及施工过程数值模拟的重要的方法之一。由于该课程以矩阵代数、弹性力学理论等作为理论基础,实践性强,如何高效进行教学成为难点问题。为使学生快速有效地掌握有限单元方法的基本原理和方法,并能应用于实际工程中,本文对有限单元法的教学方法、教学内容进行了探讨。结合某边坡工程实例,提出了有限单元法上机实践教学方法,为课程的教学研究与实践进行了有益的探索。
