关于博物馆开放管理工作的思考

摘要

对于博物馆来说，展览的开放是常态，因此开放管理工作是博物馆工作中重要的一环。然而看似简单单调的开放管理其中却包含着复杂的细节，要想做好这一工作必须要有足够的耐心、持久的恒心和坚定的责任心，因为开放管理工作肩负着的是博物馆教育职能的护航者，是一项有着光荣使命的平凡的工作，我们有义务在这一工作中做一些探讨，以丰富博物馆事业的些许经验。%For museums, the opening of exhibitions is a norm, so the opening management work is an important part of museum work. However, the seemingly simple and plain opening manage-ment includes complex details, and the well implementation of the work needs sufficient patience, perseverance and strong re-sponsibility. As the opening management of museums is a glori-ous but ordinary job shouldering the responsibility of museum e-ducation, we should explore the work to enrich the experience of museum work.
