高校青年英语教师的职业发展问题与对策研究

摘要

本研究在分析现阶段大学英语教学改革背景的基础上,从教学、科研和职业发展的境界状况上分析了当前高校大学英语教师面对教学改革的诸多问题并提出了一些有助于高等院校青年教师职业发展的对策.%This paper analyzes the problems of the young English teachers of the universities in the face of teaching reform from the perspectives of teaching, research and ideal state of career devel-opment. Based on that, this paper gives some suggestions to im-prove the situation.
