在现实生活当中, 农民收入逐渐增加, 对美好生活的向往导致农民对住房的需求越来越高, 直接影响着农民的住房结构及其发展趋势.但是由于土地资源利用不当, 乡村公共基础设施建设不完善, 影响了农民住房结构的改善.依据山西省第三次全国农业普查主要数据, 本文对山西省农民住房结构的整体水平做了研究, 从中发现山西省农民住房结构的发展趋势, 并提出了改善农民住房结构的措施.%With the gradual increase of income, farmers have higher requirements for the quality of life, which has a direct impact on the housing structure of farmers and its development trend. However, due to the improper use of land resources and imperfect rural public infrastructure construction, the housing structure of farmers has been unable to improve. Based on the data of the third national agricultural census of Shanxi Province, this paper studies the overall level of the housing structure of farmers in Shanxi Province, finds the development trend of the housing structure of farmers in Shanxi Province and puts forward the measures to improve it.
