下运带式输送机液压制动系统的试验研究

         

摘要

针对下运带式输送机液压制动系统的不同运行工况和动态特性,设计了实验室试验系统,介绍了试验的原理和步骤,分别模拟试验了液压制动系统的空载发热、最大制动力矩、正常制动、超速调速制动等不同的运行工况,并对制动系统的压力、转矩以及油液温度进行实时检测。试验结果表明:该液压制动系统有很好的制动效果,且具有控制智能化、发热小、响应迅速、冲击较小等优点,能够满足下运带式输送机各工况制动性能的要求。%Aiming at different operating conditions and the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic braking system of downward belt conveyor designed laboratory test systems, introduces the principles and steps of the test and it was simulated hydraulic braking system, the maximum braking torque, normal braking, speeding speed brake, such as different operating conditions, and the pressure of the brake system, the torque and oil temperature in real time. The test results showed that, the hydraulic brake system has good soft braking effect, with intelligent control, heat a small, fast response, small shocks, etc., meet the conditions of each downward belt conveyor braking performance requirements.
