山西省科技型中小企业融资与风险投资发展初探

This paper puts forward some suggestions on the financing of small and medium sized enterprises in science and technology, based on the analysis of the financing difficulties of small and medium sized enterprises and the current situation of the development of venture capital in Shanxi province.%文章通过对现阶段山西省科技型中小企业融资难的分析和省内风险投资发展的现状，结合详实的调查资料与数据，利用国内外相关领域的研究成果，提出了解决山西省科技型中小企业融资难和风险投资发展的建议。
