射线防护铅箱的设计

             

摘要

Lead box is one of shielding protection which based on the principle of rays can be weakened by through a sub-stance, though add a layer of sufficient thickness of the shielding material to control exposure dose below the standards and reaching purposes of human security. This paper through the screw rings of lead box calculated shear and tensile stresses are far lower than those of the allowable stress, estimated weight, therefore is designed using the screw rings can meet the in-stallation requirements. therefore, the design uses of screw rings can satisfy the requirements.%射线防护铅箱就是在人体与放射源之间加一层足够屏蔽厚度的物质,达到保护人体安全目的的一种箱体。文中根据放射源的射线能量和减弱倍数,计算出屏蔽层厚度,估算出重量,然后进行射线防护铅箱的结构设计,设计使用的吊环螺钉能够满足吊装要求。
