浅谈HXD2型机车转向架二年检修规程制定

摘要

The paper is prepared for the circumstance that HXD2 Locomotive has smoothly operated on Daqin Coal Railway of our country for two years and for 450-600 thousand kilometers, it also for the need to meet railway transportation safety operation. Based on the comparisons between ALSTOM overhaul period system and interior overhaul system, the paper also optimizes the items of ALSTOM locomotive overhaul regulation and interior DC driven electric locomotive overhaul regula-tion, and puts forward content that is suitable for bogie overhaul preparation of HXD2 locomotive two-year inspection regula-tion.%针对HXD2型机车在大秦线我国运煤专线上，已顺利营运二年以上并走行45～60万km，以及满足铁路运输安全运用的需要。以阿尔斯通检修周期体系与国内检修体系对照为依据，对比阿尔斯通的机车检修规程条款与国内直流传动电力机车检修规程条款，优化规程条款及内容，制定适应HXD2型机车转向架部分二年检修规程的内容。
