基本心理需要的满足对员工工作繁荣的影响

摘要

以自我决定理论为基础，探讨了基本心理需要对工作繁荣的预测作用。以来自太原市不同企业的员工为样本，采取问卷调查的方式，通过相关分析、回归分析等方法，对调查结果进行分析研究。结果表明，在中国企业文化背景下，基本心理需要的满足对员工工作繁荣具有显著的预测作用，并对该结果的实践意义进行了探讨。%This paper based on self-determination theory, discusses the basic psychological needs on the predictive effect of work prosperity. Taking Taiyuan city to different employees as samples, adopt the way of questionnaire survey, through corre-lation analysis, regression analysis and other methods, the author analyze the results of the investigation research, it showed that, under the China corporate culture background, the staff basic psychological need satisfaction prosperity has significant predictive effect, and discussed the result of the practical significance.
