铁路货车顶盖开闭机构分析计算

介绍了一种新型铁路货车活动顶盖开闭机构，该种活动顶盖可应用于现有铁路敞车、漏斗车及其他各型铁路货车，以实现在顶部装入货物的同时又可在运行中防雨，密封的效果。通过对这种活动顶盖开闭机构运动原理分析，计算得出其每次开闭所需最小气缸压力值及在现有铁路货车风源压力下可进行几次开闭运动。%This paper introduces a new type of railway freight activities cover opening and closing mechanism, the movable top cover can be applied to existing railway truck, hopper car and other various types of railway freight car, in order to achieve in a top loading car go and rain in the operation, the sealing effect.
