盐引法是元代盐务政策的核心内容。蒙古国时期确定了元代盐引法的基本内容。元世祖末期改造盐引，盐引法基本定型。大德四年（1300）两淮改法立仓，标志着盐引法走向细密。但是元末私盐泛滥，办课困难，盐务政策虽多次调整，终因积重难返，没有达到预期的效果。%Salt ticket policy was the core of salt monopoly system in Yuan Dynasty. In the period of Mongolia state, its basic content was formed;till the late Emperor Yuan Shizhu reign, it was improved and began to take shape. In 1300 (the fourth year of Dade reign), Lianghuai revised the policy and built salt storage house, which symbolized the development of the detailed instructions. But, in the late Yuan Dynasty, illegal salt was rampant and collection of salt taxes was difficult. Despite many adjustments of salt policy, it failed to work for the long-standing problem.
