裕国利民便商：曾仰丰与抗战时期自贡盐业

摘要

During the Anti-Japanese War, Zigong’s salt making industry played an important role in meeting salt needs of the people and army under the policy of “increasing production and rushing transportation” issued by the KMTgovernment. When Zeng Yangfeng governed the Chuan Kang Salt Administration, he faced the needs of increasing production and rushing transportation and the actual developing situation of Zigong’s salt industry. He adopted many new measures to resolve the various difficulties in salt production, reflecting his consistent objectives in salt administration, which he always insisted “to enrich the state, benefit the people and faciliate the business”. Zeng Yangfeng’s measures closely associated with the developing targets of Zigong’s salt industry, which was verified to be a great success.%抗战时期，自贡盐业在国民政府要求川盐“增产赶运”以解决民食军需政策下具有举足轻重的地位。曾仰丰主政川康盐务管理局后，面对增产赶运需要与自贡盐业发展实际，采取了许多新的措施以解决盐业生产中的各种困难，体现了他一贯主张盐政管理的最高宗旨即是“裕国、利民、便商”，并与战时自贡盐业发展的目的紧密结合，取得了很大成功。
