论清代和民国时期嘉禾县食盐贸易

摘要

古代湘南地区是淮盐和粤盐销售区的交界地带，淮盐和粤盐在这一地区交替销售。清代和民国时期，嘉禾县的食盐贸易从以销售淮盐为主变为以销售粤盐为主，与食盐贸易密切相关的盐埠和盐行也发生了很大变化。嘉禾人穿越南岭山上的古老盐道，以肩挑的方式到广东运盐，备尝艰辛。嘉禾县的食盐贸易是湘南地区食盐贸易的重要组成部分，其食盐贸易的发展状况在湘南地区具有代表性。%In ancient China, this area was the border land of sales areas of Huai salt and Guangdong salt, where they were sold alternately. In Qing Dynasty and the period of the Republic of China, the main part of salt trade in Jiahe county shifted from Guangdong salt to Huai salt. Accordingly, great changes took place in the salt ports and trading companies. It was laboriously that people in Jiahe County shouldered salt bags back from Guangdong Province through the ancient salt road of Mountain Lingnan. The salt trade of Jiahe County was an important part of salt trade in southern Hunan, and its development was typical of southem Hunan.
