Aspen plus在真空制盐蒸发中的模拟应用

摘要

Aspen Plus is large-scale chemical process simulation software based on steady state chemical simulation,optimization,sensitivity analysis and economic evaluation,which is widely used in chemical and petroleum industries,refining and processing,biology and medicine aspects and so on.The characteristic,function and basic flow simulation of the software was introduced.The evaporation system in the five-effect vacuum salt-making process is simulated by Aspen Plus chemical simulation system.The simulation result is in accordance with the actual production data and can be used to guide the production.%Aspen plus是基于稳态化工模拟、优化、灵敏度分析和经济评价的大型化工流程模拟软件,其广泛应用于化学工业、炼油加工、生物及医药等方面.文章介绍了该软件的特性、功能及基本流程模拟,并应用Aspen plus化工模拟系统中对五效真空制盐工艺的蒸发系统进行模拟,模拟结果与实际生产数据吻合,可用于指导生产.
