基于AWE的列车集便器系统污物箱结构优化设计

         

摘要

The sewage tank in the dejectas collecting system on train is the object of research in this paper. The ANSYS software is used to make the finite element statics simulation, the stress changing of the tank body under 4 loading cases is analyzed, and the weak points of the tank under force are found out. In the optimized environment of AWE, the DOE module of the system is applied, the dimensions of the reinforcement plate of the tank body and the position parameters are used as the variables in design, the maximum stress value is used as the main target function, the tank quality and safety coefficients are used as the secondary target functions, then the optimization design is made, finally, the tank structure stiffness is getting better, the stress distribution becomes more even, and the overall mass is reduced.%以列车集便器系统污物箱为研究对象,运用ANSYS软件对箱体进行了有限元静力学仿真,分析了箱体在4种载荷工况下的应力变化,找到了箱体受力薄弱部位;在AWE的优化环境下,利用系统DOE模块,以箱体加强筋板尺寸及位置参数为设计变量,以最大应力值为主目标函数、箱体质量和安全系数为次目标函数进行了优化设计,最终使箱体结构刚度趋于良好,应力分布更加均匀,并减轻了整体质量.
