苗药金乌健骨汤对寒湿阻络型类风湿关节炎患者生存质量的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate effect of miao medicine jinwu jiangu decoction on the life quality of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:80 patients with RA were equally randomized into the treatment group and the control group.Both groups were given methotrexate (10mg)orally,1 time a week and the control group was also given wangbi tablets based on above treatment,4 tablets once and 3 times a day;the treatment group was added with miao medicine jinwujiangu decoction,1 dose a day;both groups were treated for 3 months.Results:33 cases completed their treatment in the control group,effective rate being 69.70% and 35 cases completed their treatment in the treatment group,effective rate being 85.71%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Survival quality indicators of the two groups significantly improved after treatment(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group on the aspects of physiological function,social function and self-awareness of health(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). Conclusion:Miao medicine jinwu jiangu decoction can enhance the clinical efficacy of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,improving the quality of their lives.%　　目的：探讨苗药金乌健骨汤对类风湿关节炎患者生存质量的影响。方法：将80例类风湿节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。两组均给予甲氨蝶呤10 mg，每周1次口服，对照组在此基础上加用尫痹片，每次4片，每日3次口服；治疗组加用苗药金乌健骨汤，每日1剂口服；两组治疗时间均为3个月。结果：对照组完成治疗33例，有效率占69.70%；治疗组完成治疗35例，有效率占85.71%。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。两组患者治疗后生存质量各项指标均有明显改善（P<0.01或P<0.05）。治疗组在生理功能、社会功能及健康自我认识三个方面优于对照组（P<0.01或P<0.05）。结论：苗药金乌健骨汤能够提高类风湿关节炎患者临床疗效，改善生活质量。
