中药熏洗加中药封包联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察

摘要

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Herbal Fumigation combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)packet and Intral-Articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:92 cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a control group(44 cases) and a treatment group(48 cases).The control group were given Intral-Articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,while the treatment group were given Herbal Fumigation and TCM packet on the basis of the treatment of the control group.After 5 weeks,the clinical effects and the improvement of the VAS score,WOMAC score and morning stiffness time of the two groups were observed.Results:In the treatment group,23 cases were clinically cured,13 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,and 1 case were invalid,the effective rate being 97.92%.In the control group,13 cases were clinical cured,11 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,and 12 cases were invalid,the effective rate being 72.73%.The difference of curative effect between the two groups was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).The VAS score,WOMAC score and the morning stiffness time of the two groups were all improved(P<0.05),the treatment group better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of Herbal Fumigation combined with TCM Packet and Intral-Articular injection of sodium hyaluronate is good for knee osteoarthritis.%目的：观察中药熏洗加中药封包联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法：将92例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为对照组44例和治疗组48例，对照组给予关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠，治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药熏洗及中药封包治疗。两组疗程均为5周。观察两组临床疗效、VAS评分、WOMAC评分及晨僵时间改善情况。结果：治疗组临床治愈23例，显效13例，有效11例，无效1例，总有效率为97.92％；对照组临床治愈13例，显效11例，有效8例，无效12例，总有效率为72.73％。两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组VAS评分、WOMAC评分及晨僵时间均有改善（P<0.05），且治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：中药熏洗加中药封包联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎疗效满意。
