麝香乌龙丸联合甲氨蝶呤及美洛昔康治疗类风湿关节炎临床观察

摘要

目的：观察麝香乌龙丸联合甲氨蝶呤及美洛昔康治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将78例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组39例。2组均给予甲氨蝶呤和美洛昔康作为基础治疗，治疗组在基础治疗的基础上加用麝香乌龙丸，对照组在基础治疗组的基础上加用白芍总苷胶囊，2组1个疗程均为8周。分别于治疗前后评估患者关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、患者对关节疼痛程度的评价、患者对疾病活动性的评价、医生对疾病活动性的评价、患者对生活能力的自我评价、C-反应蛋白及红细胞沉降率，并采用ACR标准评价疗效。结果：治疗后，治疗组的症状、评分：C-反应蛋白及红细胞沉降率均较对照组改善明显，治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：麝香乌龙丸联合甲氨蝶呤及美洛昔康治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效肯定，在提高患者生存质量方面具有一定的临床意义。%[ABSTRACT]Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shexiang Wulong Wan(麝香乌龙丸) combined with methotrexate and meloxicam in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Seventy-eight cases of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,39 cases in each.Both groups were treated with methotrexate and meloxicam as the fundamental therapy,based on which the treatment group was given Shexiang Wulong Wan and the control group were added total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules (白芍总苷胶囊).Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Respectively before and after treatment,the evaluations of the following aspects were made:joint tenderness count,joint swelling count,patients’ evaluations to joint pain,patients’ evaluations to disease activity,doctor’s evaluations to disease activity,patients’ self-evaluation to life ability,C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate.The ACR standard was used to evaluate the curative effect.Results:After treatment,the symptoms,scores and C-reactive protein in the treatment group decreased more signiifcantly compared with those of the control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group,the difference being statistically signiifcant (P< 0.05). Conclusion:Shexiang Wulong Wan combined with methotrexate and meloxicam has a certain clinical efifcacy on rheumatoid arthritis,signiifcant to improve patients’ life quality.
