路氏润燥汤联合针刺疗法治疗原发性干燥综合征眼干症状106例增效研究

摘要

目的：观察路氏润燥汤治疗气阴两虚、瘀血阻络型原发性干燥综合征患者眼干症状的疗效及联合针刺疗法对疗效的增加作用。方法：将106例气阴两虚、瘀血阻络型原发性干燥综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组53例。治疗组以路氏润燥汤为基本方随证加减并联合针刺疗法治疗，对照组予路氏润燥汤为基本方随证加减治疗。2组患者疗程均为12周，分别于不同时间段，评价受试者的疗效及眼干症状。结果：证候疗效，治疗组临床显效10例，有效19例，改善18例，无效6例，总有效率为88.68%；对照组临床显效1例，有效10例，改善31例，无效11例，总有效率为79.25%。眼干症状疗效，治疗组临床显效7例，有效31例，改善3例，无效12例，总有效率为77.36%；对照组临床显效4例，有效17例，改善9例，无效23例，总有效率为56.60%。2组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P <0.05）。2组眼干症状评分与治疗前差值的均值随治疗时间延长均呈上升趋势，各评价点处治疗组的均值全部大于对照组，治疗第3，4，12周时，2组差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：路氏润燥汤联合针刺疗法可以更有效、及时改善原发性干燥综合征患者眼干症状，值得临床推广运用。%[ABSTRACT]Objective:To observed the synergism of Lushi Runzao Tang(路氏润燥汤)combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of106 cases of primary sjögren's syndrome due to qi-yin asthenia or obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis.Methods:106 cases of primary sjögren's syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,53 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with modified Lushi Runzao Tang combined with acupuncture therapy,and patients in the control group were treated only with modified Lushi Runzao Tang.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The randomized,single blind,controlled and prospective clinical trial methods were used to evaluate the dryness of their eyes at different periods.Results:Curative effect on syndrome:In the treatment group,10 cases were markedly effective,19cases were effective,18 cases were improved,6 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.68%.In the control group,1 case was markedly effective,10 cases were effective,31 cases were improved,11 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 79.25%.Curative effect on symptom of eye dryness:In the treatment group,7 cases were markedly effective,31 cases were effective,3 cases were improved,12 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was77.36%.In the control group,4 cases were markedly effective,17cases were effective, 9 cases were improved,23 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was56.60%.The difference was statistically signiifcant between the2 groups(P<0.05).The symptom score of dryness and the difference of the mean before treatment showed a rising trend with the prolonging of treatment.At each assessment point,the mean value of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.During the3rd,4th,and12th week,the difference between the2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lushi Runzao Tang combined with acupuncture therapy can more effectively and timely improve the eye dryness in patients with primary sjögren's syndrome,worthy of clinical application.
